These terms cover shopping at Heisen Advent. Our store uses Shopify to provide its ecommerce platform; purchases are made with Heisen Advent.

Using the store

Provide accurate contact and delivery information, protect account credentials, and use only payment methods you are authorised to use. Do not misuse the website, interfere with security, or infringe others’ rights.

Products and orders

Review the product description, selected bundle and checkout total before ordering. Screen settings can affect displayed colours. If an order cannot be fulfilled or contains an error, we will contact you and refund any cancelled items already paid for.

Pricing and shipping

Prices and promotions shown when ordering apply to that purchase. Applicable checkout charges are displayed before payment. Our Shipping policy explains shipping and import charges.

Privacy and content

See our Privacy policy for personal-data handling. Trademarks and protected content remain with their owners; a purchase does not transfer those rights.

Consumer rights

Nothing here excludes mandatory cancellation, refund, product-quality or other consumer rights, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
