Shipping policy

Free shipping

Heisen Advent offers free standard shipping on every order. We ship worldwide to destinations available at checkout. Orders are dispatched by our fulfilment partners.

Tracking your order

After dispatch, your shipping confirmation includes tracking details where supported by the carrier. Use the link in that email or visit our Track order page.

Customs and import charges

International purchases can attract customs duties, import taxes or carrier fees. Charges collected by us are displayed at checkout. Additional charges assessed by the destination authorities or carrier may be payable by the recipient unless checkout states they are prepaid. Free shipping does not include these charges.

Addresses and order changes

Check your delivery details before ordering. To request an address correction or cancellation, contact us with your order number. Changes depend on whether fulfilment has begun.

Delivery concerns

For a missing, damaged or incorrect parcel, contact us with your order number and relevant photos, if available. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner or carrier and help resolve the issue. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
